Our new wooden play equipment has been installed in The Glade replacing the old pieces that had become dangerous. The Village Hall Committee are very grateful to Natural Resources Wales (who now run what was the Forestry Commission in Wales) for providing this wonderful resource for our children, and agreeing to maintain it for the next five years.
Last Meeting 21 April
It was a well attended meeting when President Ruth welcomed members and visitors. The pleasant spring evening could not of been more appropriate as Kay Lunn of Deacon’s florist, Chepstow bought such a colourful array of flowers and foliage.
The next meeting of the Narth Gardening Club is on Tuesday 28th April at 7.30 for 8pm in the village hall.
The speaker will be Roger Umpelby who will be advising us ‘How to love lily beetles and admire slugs’

With 3 race options there’s something for all fitness levels at The Narth Run on 21st June:
- 2.5K fun run open to all runners aged 9 and over
- 2-lap 5K race open to all runners aged 11 and above
- 4-lap 10K race open to all runners aged 15 and over
Entry is easy – just fill in the form online – and get training.
Our Summer Season of films starts on 22nd May with The Theory of Everything (featuring Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne as Stephen Hawking). In June we have another major Oscar winner, Birdman, and our July film is the immensely popular The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. More details below:
