Ladies’ Keep Fit

pull-25788_640There are two/three places available on our Ladies’ Keep Fit Class which takes place on a Monday between 10.00am and 11.00am in The Narth Village Hall. Our instructor is Lucia Ashton who is qualified and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.

The session starts with aerobic exercises, followed by toning the upper body with weights and finishes with abdominal exercises and other floor work. Each lady brings her own exercise mat and weights – most ladies use 1kg dumbbells and it is essential to wear good trainers. For most of the exercises there are low and high impact versions so that the sessions can suit most abilities and ages. We pay £6 per session and a month in advance.
