Narth Singers Summer Concert

A Day Out with the Narth Singers

A Concert at Pelham Hall in aid of Cancer and Leukaemia in Children

Narth Singers Summer 2018 ‘A Day out with the Narth Singers’ is going to help children with cancer and leukaemia and you won’t have to leave your comfortable seat at the Pelham Hall, Penallt to enjoy it…..

You won’t have to leave your seat because, the Narth Singers are going to take you on a sumptuous, summer, song-packed, ‘stravaganza on Thursday July 12th at 7.30 pm at Pelham Hall, Penallt. ‘Summertime’ from George Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess will, of course. feature highly. As will George Harrison’s Beatles’ number ‘Here comes the Sun’ from 1969.

We’ll be ‘Taking a Trip up to Abergavenny’ (Marty Wilde 1969), ‘We’ll Gather Lilacs’ (Ivor Novello) and listening to the ‘Lark in the Clear Air’ (Vaughan Williams arr.)

So please do come along, be enlightened and uplifted by the music and singing and support CLIC Sargent – a charity formed from Sargent Cancer Care for Children, founded in 1968 in memory of the conductor Sir Malcolm Sargent.
