Acclaimed Bristol based band Carmina are coming to The Narth on Saturday 11th May, (doors open 7pm for 7.30pm start) and we advise you to get your tickets early!
Carmina play a beautiful mix of folk, Celtic and jazz (it has been described as ‘Celtic Soul’). It’s difficult to categorise – if you haven’t heard them before you’ll understand if you listen to some of their music and find out more about their impressive musical backgrounds on www.carmina.co.uk. They will be appearing for us as a five-piece band.
We are able to book them for our village hall thanks to the support of the The Arts Council of Wales’ Night Out scheme (Noson Allan). The Arts Council works in partnership with local authorities to help voluntary group bring top quality artists to the heart of their communities.
Numbers are limited by the size of the hall. Tickets are £8.50 and can be purchased through Stephen Dix by calling 01600 860664, or book online below. You can pay by cash or cheque made out to The Narth Village Hall, delivered to Stephen at The Pleck, or by bank transfer (details will be sent to you).
