Hand Massage Therapy: Wednesday 10th July

Tension can build up in hands, especially when you are using them on keyboards, craftwork or gardening. A hand massage can relieve stress and tension in the hands, and help you to relax and feel refreshed.

Come along to the Local Links club on Wednesday 10th July, 1.30pm to 3.30pm at the hall, to find out more from therapist Samantha McDonald.

£3.00 admission including refreshments, open to all, no booking necessary.
