Victorian Christmas Trials: 14th December, 3pm

Vic trials_21Sep19Take a stroll back in time this year to see the Victorian Christmas Trials at The Narth Village Hall on the afternoon of Saturday 14th December,  when Gwent Magistrates  will be re-enacting true cases as they appeared in Court back in the Victorian times.

Victorian Courts were rowdy, with cases being swiftly dealt with and sentencing being rather harsh on relatively minor crimes. Come and join in with the atmosphere and witness Justice as it was served during those times.

Audience participation and Victorian style dress is encouraged, even if it’s just a hat!

Tickets £5 in advance (£6 on the door, if available).  Proceeds to be shared between Alzheimer’s Research UK (Gwent Magistrate’s selected charity) and The Narth Village Hall.

Doors and licensed bar open at 2 .30pm for a 3pm start.

Numbers are limited so please book in advance, phone Sue on 01600 860373 or use the booking form below:

You can pay by cash or cheque made out to The Narth Village Hall or by bank transfer (details will be sent to you).
