The Narth and District Gardening Club is a friendly and enthusiastic club that meets throughout the year, in the autumn, winter and spring for indoor meetings with speakers in the Narth Village Hall. The meetings, held on the last Tuesday of the month, provide an excellent opportunity to socialise with fellow gardeners over refreshments and listen to talks covering a wide range of garden topics. We have an Annual General Meeting with a social event including dinner in January. Throughout the summer we have outings including short afternoon or evening visits to local gardens and usually once a year a coach outing further afield. Over the last few years we have also held a successful plant sale and coffee morning in May, a wonderful opportunity to purchase common and unusual garden plants at low prices.
Come and join us. All are welcome. Annual subscription is £6.
Please contact the Secretary, Wendy Hill, for further information (wendy.hill@btinternet.com)
Unless stated otherwise, all meetings are at 8 p.m. and held in the Narth and District Village Hall. Doors open at 7.30 pm for tea, coffee and socialising. Members £2, guests £4)
