NEW: Standing Order option. Let us know if you have a standard order you would like each week and we will submit it for you, so you don’t forget.
If you want anything different, place an order as normal but note this will over-ride your standing order so remember to add your basics as well.
Send your standing order to firstname.lastname@example.org
Buy bread and cakes from Wigmores Bakery (Wiggies) through the Village Hall committee combined ordering/delivery system. Items will be delivered to the Hall on Saturdays. There is no minimum order amount, but there will be a small charge to cover Village Hall costs of setting up and running this service (£8 a week). This will be divided pro rata over the orders received in a week, so should be a small amount.
You will pay the Village Hall for your order, and we will make one payment to Wiggies to cover all the orders each week.
Orders must be placed with us, not Wiggies, before midday on Thursday for delivery on Saturday.
Volunteers are available to deliver your bread. Depending on order quantities we may ask you to collect your own if you are able, or we may prefer to deliver to your door to avoid too many people at the hall collection point.
Place your order using our online order form. You can make your selection first from Wigmore’s price list but use the order form below to place your order.

Anyone unable to use the web form can phone their order through to Tricia Porter on 01600 860913
Here’s a link to the Village Map (pdf opens in new window) with house numbers. Please don’t use the map in the village history book as this is out of date!

Who are these deliveries for
Several people have queried whether these collective deliveries are just for vulnerable and self-isolating people. The short answer is no. If it will save a visit to the shops and help with maintaining social distancing, then please use this service. This will also help by supporting our local businesses. If you are going into town anyway and it will not save a visit, please buy your fruit and vegetables while you are doing your other shopping.
